How to Shop at HARRIS & JONES
We have tried to make it as simple as we can for you to find exactly what you want quickly. You can see all our products either by colour or product type and then add any items that you wish to purchase into your shopping basket. When you are ready, click on the checkout button and you will be asked for a few details which we need to complete your order.
If at any stage you have a question please feel free to contact us.
We will accept most credit cards and debit cards and these payments are completed through Paypal, the secure online payment system. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase. We also accept cheques as payment however cheques need to be cleared at our bank prior to goods being dispatched.
How long it takes to make an order.
All our products are handmade to order and this normally takes between 2 to 3 weeks depending on order size. Once completed orders are placed on our standard delivery service which takes between 2 to 5 days.
If your order is more urgent please contact us and we will try to meet your required delivery date.
Delivery charges -Range £2.95 to £19.95
We use Myhermes and the Post Office for the majority of our deliveries and the charge to our customers, including packaging, is determined by the total weight of the order. All charges are shown in the shopping cart prior to your payment being made.
Delivery charges quoted are for delivery to mainland UK addresses only. For delivery charges to other countries including Eire and Channel islands please contact us and we shall advise you of charges accordingly.
We care about the environment we live in and try our very hardest to re-cycle as much as we can. This means that you may receive your goods in packaging that we have ourselves recycled. This may also mean that some such materials are not as green as we may wish them to be. However, we feel that it is best to use what has already been received by us rather than disposing of it and using new packaging. We hope that you don't mind!
We hope that you will be excited and delighted with your order. We care very much about the products we sell and the service we offer. If for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return the product, please do so in the original packaging and unused within 14 days. Please indicate on the delivery note whether you wish a refund or exchange. We urge you to obtain a certificate of posting available free from the post office and ensure you have sufficient insurance cover when returning valuable items.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Return postage will be refunded if any of our goods arrived to you damaged or faulty. Any refunds will be completed within 30 days of the goods being returned to us.
We use Paypal as our payment provider. They are one of the largest secure payment service providers offering secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions. All transaction information passed between HARRIS & JONES and Paypal is encrypted. We do not hold any credit card information on our systems or at our premises.
Any information you give us to enable us to fulfil your order is totally secure. We do not sell or rent any information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes. You can feel confident that we will not disclose your details to anyone unless required to do so by law. We will always remove addresses from our address list when requested to do so.
